EigenLayer outlines mainnet launch roadmap

EigenLayer, an Ethereum restaking mission, has launched a roadmap for its mainnet launch.

Eigen Labs emphasised a launch technique centered on safety and efficiency in a current blog post, adopting a phased method over the approaching weeks.

The mission, which attracted a $100 million funding from enterprise capital agency Andreessen Horowitz, noticed its belongings exceed $10 billion earlier this month. EigenLayer allows the re-staking of ether stakes and the securing of third-party protocols with these funds.

The mainnet preparation features a ultimate testnet section on Ethereum’s Holesky testnet, which can transition from the Goerli testnet because of the latter’s lack of assist from Ethereum (ETH) shopper groups.
